– Baked chicken breasts with pesto, parmesan and breadcrumbs
– Scaloppini milanese
– Eggplant parmesan/Italian vegetarian dish with eggplant, parmesan, fresh mozarella
– Roasted potatoes with rosemary/Oven roasted potatoes with olive oil, big salt and rosemary
– Peperonata/Roasted bell peppers sauteed with some garlic and onion
